The goal of this course is to introduce you to the basic concepts of biology, earth science, chemistry, and physics. You will be able to understand and apply concepts, principles, and theories that pertain to the world around you.

It is very important to maintain your science folder.

Policy for tardiness:

Three tardies will constitute a detention that will be served during lunch or after school on a designated day.

Grading policy:

All work is assigned a numerical value based on the total points possible.

This means that homework and class activities are just as important as test.

Final Grades:

Each quarter grade will count for 20% of the final course grade. All students will also take a Mid-term or project and a Final, each counting 10% of the Final Course Grade.
