PSYCHOLOGY ELECTIVE

 

          Psychology is a ½ year elective course for students in grades 10 – 12.  The course focuses on those topics that interest the students and will vary from year to year.  Some of the topics that appeal most to many students include Altered States of Consciousness, Stages of Development, Stress & Conflict, Disturbance and Breakdown, and Human Interaction.  The emphasis is always on how students can apply what they learn to their own lives and how the information may help them to improve themselves and to better understand other people.

Adjustment and Breakdown
