We are using a different registration platform this year called Final Forms. It is much more user and mobile device friendly. 

When you go to this link to finalforms.com it will ask you to choose a school district. Search for Otego-Unadilla School District. From there, it will take you to a page for parents, staff, and students. Create a new account and it will walk you through all the steps needed to register your student athlete.   If you get stuck, there are video links to watch and help guide you.
