Important - Please call in when your child is going to be late or absent. Leave a message and a phone number if I do not answer- messages are checked regularly and you will receive a call back if necessary.

NYS requirements for student physicals: All new students in grades Pre K -12, all students in 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th & 11th grades and all students playing sports are required to have physicals every year.

Just a reminder- If your child has a medical exemption for immunizations- a new request needs to be filed each year. Any questions please call 607-829-3551.
